  1. Now, Gerry. If this had been the first snow of December, you would have been reflecting on its beauty. ;-)

Seriously, I am sick to death of it too...

Come on spring. At least the sun is out today.

  2. I so agree! Reached for a Danish as another woman did. We both shook our heads in disgust. I said, "If it would quit snowing I'd quit buying this crap." She said, "Exactly!"

  3. Danish for some, hot chocolate with a large marshmallow for others, Linda. Every time I drag the shovel out to clear the driveway (pushing the snow, not lifting it) I almost can see the headline: "Aging Writer Keels Over After 8th Day of Snow."

  4. Bill bought a snow blower. His mantra, "Yay, there's more snow on the driveway!" Good thing he hung up his shovel; I'd clobber him with it!

  5. I'm still enjoying the snow. I know I'm weird...because I still have that child-like joy when I hear it's in the weather forecast and see it coming down. We've had so many winters here, where we barely saw a flurry the entire time! Enjoy each day...whatever it brings!

  6. Hey, Becky, come on over. I have an extra shovel.

  7. At least we're getting a little warmer weather this weekend, Gerry. I'm ready for spring, too.

  8. Gerry,
I am so impressed with your photographs. They're beautiful- and it's not the snow that makes them so.
When I woke this morning( March 14) and saw the Winter Wonderland that appeared I laughed. Daylight Saving, daffodil leaves, crocus, and budding forsythia let us know that Spring is approaching and a soft snowfall won't stop it, so there.

    Boo
